Lexington Hills is a desirable neighborhood adjacent to the Empire Ranch community. It sits amidst a collection of fine neighborhoods benefitting from an abundance of greenbelts, parks, wetlands, paths, and bike lanes.

The Folsom Zoo is also close by, as is the Folsom Sports Complex.

Commuters love the fact that Sacramento is only minutes away, but Lexington Hills is just blocks away from Mercy Hospital, one of the area’s largest employers. Folsom also boasts Intel, one of the county’s largest private employers. The research and development campus is one of Intel’s largest sites.
